The “WINELOVERS Chateau Magnol” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).
