Vins de Provence Vins de Provence hosted a lunch last Friday, subtitled ‘Savour Excellence’ to showcase the diversity and consistency of the region’s rosé. Ray O’Connor MW served as emcee, with winemakers Jeany Cronk (Maison Mirabeau) and Aurélie Bertin (Château Sainte Roseline) representing the region’s vignerons. Food, meanwhile was provided by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Alex Webb, and included his takes on lobster toast and Eton mess.
