You could say it’s close to putting your money where your mouth is, though you’d never really truly want your mouth on the walls of a moldy wine cellar. My notes are fuzzy (not unlike the walls) but I think this scintillating bit of collaborative art was in Weingut JB Becker in Germany’s Rheingau region. In the low, and sometimes flickering light of the cellar, it was quite pretty, as long as you didn’t look too close. Who knew cellar mold had such naturally adhesive properties?
