Villa Maria has a remarkably straightforward label layout when you consider the number of wines featured. I counted 48 different wines on their website from entry level to icon, although not all are currently available.

Starting at the least expensive is the entry-level Private Bin that often represents extraordinary value and features sauvignon blanc, ‘lighter’ sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, merlot, chardonnay, rosé and ‘lighter’ rosé, gewürztraminer, syrah, riesling, pinot gris, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and malbec.

Next up the quality/price ladder is Cellar Selection, a range that offers even more consistent quality and includes sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, rosé and pinot gris.

A satellite brand showcases Villa Maria’s organic wines under the EarthGarden label and includes organic sauvignon blanc, pinot noir and chardonnay.
