Wild fermentation was completed in barrel and the wine was allowed to mature on its lees for six months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity.
Light lemon yellow tones in the glass. White peach, struck match and seaspray aromatics. Light to medium in weight, with bright stone fruit, roast almonds and savoury flinty minerality showing across the palate where a fine mesh of acidity lifts and drives it.
