Trinity Hill has three vineyards in the Gimblett Gravels sub-region of Hawke’s Bay:

The Trinity Hill wines are influenced by the smooth river stones and a desire to make the very best wines possible from favourable vineyard sites.

Tin Shed vineyard is a 10-ha site planted with cabernet franc, syrah, merlot, marsanne and cabernet sauvignon.

Gimblett Stones is an exceptionally warm site situated behind Roy’s Hill with malbec, tannat, merlot, petit verdot, cabernet franc, tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon.

Gimblett Estate is an 18-ha block of vineyards off Gimblett Road.
