I had the pleasure of attending an incredible event in Reims celebrating Tyson Stelzer’s launch of the online Champagne.Guide
Reims, France | April 2023It was a grand celebration of all things champagne as Tyson Stelzer, a renowned wine enthusiast and champagne expert, unveiled the much-anticipated launch of Champagne.Guide. This exclusive event, set in the historical and elegant Residence Eisenhower in Reims, was an unforgettable experience for champagne aficionados and industry experts. Guests were immersed in a world of the best champagnes as we enjoyed an exquisite selection of champagnes meticulously curated by Tyson Seltzer himself. Renowned winemakers were presenting some of their best cuvées including Diebolt-Vallois, Marc Hebrart, Pol Roger, Deutz, Dom Perignon, Mailly, Charles Heidsieck, Piper Heidsieck, Bollinger, Billecart-Salmon and others. All of the champagnes were absolutely incredible from the vibrant and elegant 2008 Diebolt-Vallois Fleur de la Passion to the complex and powerful 2002 Sir Winston Churchill from Pol Roger. The RD Bollinger 2008 was recently released and was an absolute pleasure to taste this prestige champagne. It was full of depth and complexity with a long lasting lingering finish. The Residence Eisenhower, steeped in history and opulence, provided the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of sophistication and elegance. The launch of Champagne.Guide event at the Residence Eisenhower was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the best in the world of champagne, surrounded by the beauty and heritage of Reims.
