Annual Wine Festival in Paso’s Downtown Wine District
The wine tasting rooms of downtown Paso Robles are throwing their annual Wine party—The Downtown Vibe—on July 6th! It takes place in the historic, elegant Park Ballroom, in downtown Paso on Park Street. Over 20 downtown wineries will pour wines along with cool tunes, as well as great food provided by some of your favorite downtown food purveyors.
The best part of the whole event? The Bubbles Lounge! Starting at 10am on Saturday, July 6th, try 7 different Paso Robles Sparkling Wines along with Brunchy Bites. Check out the Bubbles you’ll taste!
Bushong Vintage Co. makes sparkling Gewürztraminer in the classic Champagne method with grapes are from the Adelaida district. The wine is aged en tirage, meaning on the yeast and lees (grape matter that is leftover from fermentation). This Bubbly has a fuller body plus yeasty aromas, which blends with the fun, aperitif style of the Gewürztraminer grape.
