Sourced from the cool Mount Gambier region in the very southeastern corner of South Australia. Produced from 100% chardonnay and left on its yeast lees in bottle for around 40 months, this is a really classy sparkler at a pretty smart price.
Pretty and lifted aromas of white stone fruit, baked apple, nuts and white flowers. Full flavoured, mouth-filling and with a line of creamy citrus, green apple and nectarine action. Textured, layered and long. Smart drinking. (Cork)
