Rameau d’Or Côtes de Provence Rosé 2022, Provence, AUD $32

Made from 30 year-old vines, matured in stainless steel with regular lees stirring.

Light to medium glow of salmon pink in the light. Ripe strawberry and clotted cream aromas. Medium in weight, with a ripe core of red fruits with notes of toffee and melting butter. Lovely length and framed more by fine tannins than striking acidity. It will sing its best with food. (Screwcap)
