At times, prosecco can be a little on the sweet side. Not so this one from Victoria’s ‘Little Italy,’ the King Valley. Beautifully balanced with just a smidge of sweetness on the finish, it’s a crowd-pleaser for sure.
A pretty nose of orange blossom and crushed rocks leads into a sprightly palate. An initial burst of flavour doesn’t stick around for too long, but it definitely warrants another sip. It’s a cleansing and vibrant prosecco. (cork)
