Light-mid yellow colour with a powerful and complex bouquet that smacks of barrel fermentation and malolactic. Super-spicy and pungent, loaded with personality and appeal. There are sizzled butter and honey nuances, and the wine is rich and full in the mouth, with body and presence. There is a lot happening in this wine. It would stand up to flavoursome poultry dishes.
