The Coombsville AVA has an array of different volcanic soils present and a temperate climate. Providing different characteristics out of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The end result is a well balanced crisp fruit forward and mineral driven finish. It is not your standard acid bomb Napa SB. Picture perfect expression of the Coombsville AVA!
