Highly recommended Sierra Nevada Vermentino made by some big name winemakers. Today’s deal is the tangy and refreshing 2020 Casino Mine Ranch Vermentino.
What a nice find we have today from the Shenandoah Valley of Amador County! Vermentino is a great variety for the rest of summer or anytime with seafood. It is best known in Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica but as you’ve seen with some of our other deals (Avivo and the Peterson 3V in particular) there are some excellent examples being grown in California too.
Today’s example comes from a century old ranch that was once mined for gold:
