The colour is a very light shade of salmon pink—very pretty—and the bouquet is inviting: savoury, talcy, chalky—happily not all shrill fruitiness. The taste is light and dry, again savoury rather than grapy, a very more-ish, appetising style of rosé. (Screwcap)
