Right, two things. Firstly, thank you SO much for all the lovely comments on last week’s blog post. I know there was an incentive (free wine!) but seriously, they were a real joy to read. And enormously appreciated. The other thing is *tries to sound casual, fails* I’m joining BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen as a drinks expert! I know! Had a warm up last week recording a short VT for last Saturday’s show at Sussex vineyard Bolney Estate talking about the new vintage with winemaker Sam Linter (in the red jumper above). And I’ll be live in the studio this Saturday with wines I’ve matched with this week’s recipes. Watch if you can. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m off to get my roots done.
