Moorooduc Estate Pinot Gris 2021, Mornington Peninsula, AUD $45

Whole bunch pressed then 100% barrel fermented in 3-5 year old French oak. 10 months in oak on lees prior to bottling.

Light lemon yellow colour. Melon, cumin and turmeric aromatics. Medium weighted palate with melon and stone fruits gliding with grace to a long finish. As it flows we see smoky spice notes and a hint of toasty development, all adding to the character and delight. (Screwcap)
