This won the trophy for the best Geographe region shiraz at the WA Alternative Varieties Wine Show 2023.
Deep red-purple colour; the bouquet is reserved, with plum/black fruits, char oak and ironstone aromas. It’s full-bodied but fleshy-soft and supple textured. Sweet blackberry pastille flavours in the core, streaks of star anise and cola, the tannins assertive and mouth-coating but smooth. The finish lasts and lasts. A great advertisement for the Geographe region. (Screwcap)
