Hand-picked in the cool of night and only free-run juice was used to maintain purity. It was bottled unfined.
Ultra pale lemon hue. Dried mango, lime leaf and hints of exotic spices lift from the glass. A textured style with exotic fruits and spices rolling across the palate. A touch of oiliness at its core adds to its appeal but there’s well framed acidity to ensure it drives well. The finish is long and bone dry thanks to judicious use of phenolics. (Screwcap)
