Jones & Jones Invercarron Rosé Pinot Noir 2022, Tasmania, AUD $32

A saignee style rosé, so the juice is bleed off from the crush early.

Pale salmon pink tones shine through whilst the nose shows crushed raspberries and clotted cream aromatics. Light and lithe as it rolls across the plate, a creamy red berry tone fills the core whilst a hint a crushed mint leaves adds a savoury character. Good length and enough bright acidity to ensure it finishes dry. (Screwcap)
