85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Malbec from estate vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary, Mendoza, Argentina.

Previously made from organically grown grapes, the wine is now fully organic. It is also vegan friendly. The wine is aged in contact with French oak for 6-8 months and has just 1.8 g/L of residual sugar.

Sample submitted for review. The Domaine Bousquet Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has an SRP of $18 and is available for as low as $14. It is imported by WISD LLC.

Domaine Bousquet combines the know-how of French winemaking with Argentina’s exceptional climate and terroir. The vineyard is located at the foothills of the Andes, at 1200 m.a.s.l. Its thermal amplitude contributes to obtaining fully ripened grapes with an excellent acidity. The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic.

Aged between 6 to 8 months in contact with French oak.

This wine is elegant and modern in style with lots of mineral, lovely red currant, blackberry, plum and cassis flavors. With silky tannins and bright acidity this wine is refreshing through a long and pleasant finish. Ideal with pasta dishes, red meats, and meat sauces.
