Dense ruby colour is virtually impenetrable at the core. Blackberry, black pepper and sawdust aromas. Ripe black fruits on entry, and some dried woody herb notes at the core add interest to it. Tannins work well, not overbearing but weighty enough to drive and dry the finish. (Diam)
