The 11th annual Hill Country Wine Symposium will take place January 13-15, 2025, at Horseshoe Bay Resort. Texas Hill Country Wineries established the Hill Country Wine Symposium in 2015, and its popularity has grown every year.
2025 will bring changes compared to previous years. The popular Symposium Reception will be held the night before the Symposium starts as the Welcome Reception. The ticketed Winemaker Dinner will be held the next evening instead of before the Symposium.
Two full days of seminars, lectures, and panel discussions will take place with over 20 sessions curated across four dedicated tracks: Vineyard, Winery, Business, and New Vineyard/Winery. The theme of the Symposium will be Vintage Roots | Modern Growth: Next Generation of Texas Wine.
