They have a lot to answer for. Not least the pair of sequinned leopard print espadrilles ordered at the weekend. I mean they were in the sale but still, online shopping after a couple of glasses of rosé is one thing. Shopping on codeine is next level. Actually, I’ve just remembered that ruched polka dot swimsuit from last year. With ruffles. And a plunge front. Suddenly the espadrilles sound positively tame.
